Yesterday was so serendipitous. I had a day trip to vegas left my house at 6 am for the airport and got home at 9:30. I was in more pain when I got home than I have been in years and felt so defeated. Everything hurt legs hips back neck shoulders all of it. I had a dozen PT programs when i just needed one. I was praying for some guidance. Then I did the video and felt SO much better. Prayers answered!

You can access the live videos right on this Hub page. 15 minutes prior to the start of the event you’ll be able to access the live event rom.
Equipment needed (most) nights – floor space, wall space, a mat, a chair (or ottoman, couch, small table, anything to put your knees at a 90 degree angle), a yoga block (pillow) and sneakers
You can access replays right on this Hub page after the live event is over. Typically replays will be published 15 minutes after the event ends. The replays will be available until Sunday at midnight.
We would love for you to attend all 4 nights with Vinny to get the most out of this challenge. You can perform the exercises on a bed, a thick mat or soft base if getting down to the floor is a concern but utilizing the floor will be the most beneficial.
