Hi! My name is Vinny Crispino, I’m a former All America, D-1 athlete and Olympic trainee. After breaking my back in a surfing accident at 20-years old, I thought my life as I knew it was over. For most of my early life, every day was defined by my disability and all the things I couldn’t do (like playing with my son, running, swimming, and going on vacations with friends). 

 

After working with dozens of specialists and therapists over the years, I discovered (and refined) a unique approach to healing I now call “The Movement Program” and I’m on a mission to share it with as many people as possible.
